BPS Cummins ISX / QSX Saw Cut Connecting Rod – 4059429

Early ISX and QSX engines made their reputation running hard, and the connecting rod is what turns that combustion into torque at the wheels. When one lets go, you are not “a little down.” You are parked. The BPS 4059429 is the saw-cut  rod these engines were built with — flat machined cap faces, the right big-end bore, and the strength to take a beating mile after mile.

This replaces Cummins 4059429, 4059449, and 4923749. New pin bushing is pressed in so you are not waiting on machine work. On the bench it is obvious: smooth cap face, no fracture pattern, no ID hole in the cap. Use saw-cut rod bearings only. Fractured bearings do not belong in this rod, period.
