Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging. A 15-20% restocking fee may apply, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Installed or damaged items, electronic products, special orders, or custom parts are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For mechanics services, no refunds are available once work has begun, but we will address any issues under our warranty policy.
Core returns: Rebuildable cores must be returned within 45-60 days for credit. Cores must be in acceptable condition; damaged or non-rebuildable cores may receive partial or no credit.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship via standard ground service unless expedited options are selected at additional cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. International shipping may incur additional duties, taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility. ** Products in stock, ordered by 2:30 PM EST, that do not require calibration or additional services ship same day! Same-day shipping can be affected by Holiday Hours. Overnight Shipping via UPS: Please note that UPS Next Day Air delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays.
