These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, products, and services offered on or through the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or utilizing our services (including our full-service diesel mechanics shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site or our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1. Use of the Site

We offer high-quality heavy-duty diesel truck parts, including our proprietary line of diesel parts, compatible with brands such as Detroit Diesel, Cat Diesel Power, and Cummins. Products may include fuel injectors, turbocharger kits, manifolds, cylinder heads, and more. We also provide full-service diesel mechanics services at our shop in Shoemakersville, PA, including diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, engine sales, and aftermarket upgrades for individual owner-operators and fleets.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that product information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. For mechanics services, we aim to provide fast, reliable service, but estimated times and costs are not guaranteed and may vary based on factors beyond our control.
4. Ordering and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other methods as indicated at checkout. Payments are due at the time of order unless otherwise arranged. For large orders (e.g., over $10,000), contact our sales team for special arrangements. All prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees, which will be added to your total.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship via standard ground service unless expedited options are selected at additional cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. International shipping may incur additional duties, taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility. ** Products in stock, ordered by 2:30 PM EST, that do not require calibration or additional services ship same day!
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging. A 15-20% restocking fee may apply, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Installed or damaged items, electronic products, special orders, or custom parts are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For mechanics services, no refunds are available once work has begun, but we will address any issues under our warranty policy.
Core returns: Rebuildable cores must be returned within 45-60 days for credit. Cores must be in acceptable condition; damaged or non-rebuildable cores may receive partial or no credit.
7. Warranties
Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days to 2 years (depending on the product; see specific product details) from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modifications, neglect, or normal wear and tear. For proprietary parts, we offer enhanced protection against defects.
For mechanics services, we warrant our workmanship for a specified period (typically 90 days), but parts used in repairs are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We are not liable for failures due to contaminated systems or improper maintenance. Warranty claims require an RMA and may involve repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. No express or implied warranties beyond this, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and our proprietary diesel parts designs, is owned by BPS or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate laws and result in termination of your access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
